Cancellation Policy
How It Works Start with a Consultation Fill out our quick booking request form to tell us about your vision, whether it’s for a rehearsal, event, recording session, or something else. 20-Minute Phone Chat and Space Tour After you submit your form, we’ll schedule a 20-minute phone consultation and then a tour of the space. This is your chance to ask questions, see the space, and make sure it’s a fit. Booking Approval Once we’ve connected, we’ll review your request to ensure it aligns with our availability and services. You’ll receive confirmation once your booking is approved! Why We Do It This Way We want every booking to feel intentional and personal. This process helps us provide the best possible experience for you and keeps our community at the heart of what we do.
